The Louisville Cardinals easily defeated the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday night to win the Russell Athletic Bowl.Junior quarterback Teddy Bridgewater threw for three touchdowns and ran for a fourth as Louisville won 36-9 in Orlando, Fla. The Cardinals had 554 total yards to Miami's 174.The No. 18-ranked Louisville was down early after Bridgewater was tackled for a safety, but Miami wouldn't score again until the fourth quarter.It was their second straight bowl victory. The Cardinals finish the 2013 season with a 12-1 record. The Russell Athletic Bowl was also Louisville's last football game as a member of the American Athletic Conference. UofL joins the Atlantic Coast Conference—of which Miami (9-4) is a member—in 2014.
