Does the U.S. government have the remains of an alien and flying saucer hidden in Area 51? Was Marilyn Monroe murdered because she knew too much about the Kennedys? Was William Shakespeare a pseudonym, and did we really land on the moon? The powers that be can seem so much more powerful than us that it's not hard to believe they have ways of keeping their secrets. This Tuesday we'll talk about conspiracy theories: what's out there, who believes them, and why they are so captivating to our collective imagination.
